Design is not only my job, it’s my lifelong passion. I’m extremely curious and always eager to expand my knowledge. My mind is skilled at identifying complex design problems and sharp to envision innovative solutions to create engaging user focused products that achieve their strategic business objectives.
I’m a team player and a leader, with broad experience leading diverse, interdisciplinary teams in complex projects. I lead through example and open communication, setting clear objectives and striving to inspire my team to do their best work while being always open to the different ideas and perspectives of my teammates.
I believe that a good designer is a good observer, that excellence in design is in the finer details that define the user experience. Good enough is not enough, every product is a living creature in a constant state of evolution and improvement.
